If, for any reason, you need to insert a result supplement, which is most commonly a disciplinary action/article, e.g. when a match is forfeited 3-0, it can easily be done directly on the match report.
To do so:

Open the Match site

Click the Edit button

This allows you to insert a result supplement.

Hit the 🏷 label icon button on the right side of the screen

This will open a pop-up window for the insertion of the result supplement

Insert a new score and a reason for which it was changed, and press the 💾 Save button
A new result will appear on the match report together with the reason for the change.
