Appeal Process

In order to start the Appeal Process:

• Open the License Application module>Search Applications

• Find the application is status REJECTED

• Click on the ✏ Edit button on the Application form

• Hit the Appeal button

• Application status is automatically be changed to Appeal in Progress

• Click on the ✏ Edit button on the Application form

• Upload additional documents comments, under the documents type by clicking on the documents icon.

• Submit the additional documents and comments by pressing the button Save as APPEALED

• Application status is automatically be changed to APPEALED

AB Membe/Appeal Body is responsible for reviewing the application in status Appealed and making the final decision.

Please note that Applicant Club/ Licensing Club Responsible club can only Appeal once.

In order to make the final decision:

• Open the License Application module>Search Applications

• Find the application is status APPEALED

• Click on the ✏ Edit button on the Application form

• Fill out the entire Appeal committee summary section

• Hit the 🔽 Save as > REJECTED or CONFIRMED button
