As a prerequisite for a Loan Agreement to be created, the player must have an active contract with the club where he is currently registered.
To create a Loan agreement:

Select the Active contracts tab on the person’s profile

Hit the 🔽 Options button and select Loan button

A new section of the screen allows entry of the loan agreement details

Fill the mandatory fields of the New loan contract

Hitt 💾 the Save button
This action creates a new contract with status set to ENTERED. After the Loan agreement is submitted by the club and confirmed by the governing body, the registration for the player’s current club is automatically terminated and a new one is created for the destination club.
Both actions are logged in the player’s history.
