Edit Started Competition

Some changes are very sensitive as they may impact schedules and other attributes of a competition that has already started. This refers in particular to the change of the Competition Type, the Number of Teams, and the System of the Started Competition. This functionality is restricted to Superusers and Competition Administrators, and is generally not recommended.

To change the competition type, number of teams, and/or system, open the Competition tab and press 'EDIT'. When changing either of the above-mentioned fields, an appropriate warning appears:

Some restrictions remain the same, for example, if the user attempts to change the competition type of the child competition, they must select the competition type of the parent competition.
