FIFA Jobs

FIFA Jobs functionality is used to batch-execute all FIFA-related jobs in COMET. This optimizes and speeds up FIFA-related operations and updates, eliminating the need to repeat actions in COMET manually.

This functionality enables you to trigger the following actions automatically:

• Update of a person’s FIFA IDs,

• Update of FIFA Transfer IDs,

• Update of FIFA Payment IDs,

• Update of FIFA First Pro Registration IDs.

To trigger FIFA Jobs:

• Access the COMET Admin App (by adding /appadmin to your COMET homepage address)

• Select General → Integrations on the left nav-bar

• Access the FIFA Jobs Tab

• Click on the Prepare FIFA Jobs button at the bottom of the screen

  • The Prepare FIFA jobs button is disabled until the page is refreshed, but if the user cancels executions, it will be enabled again

• When the Prepare FIFA Jobs button is clicked, the system performs count actions on the FIFA entities and informs the user accordingly.

• The pop-up window for verifying FIFA jobs, indicating which entities will be updated, is displayed.

• Please review the data and hit the Update button.

• After clicking on the Update button, the system will asynchronously run these actions:

  • Update of a person’s FIFA IDs,

  • Update of FIFA Transfer IDs,

  • Update of FIFA Payment IDs,

  • Update of FIFA First Pro Registration IDs.

• The process can take some time, and once it is complete, you will receive a report of the processed entities in your email.

• The results will be presented in an Excel file, with the results of each action on its own sheet.
