Below is the list of all reports in the system, organized into Report Groups.
Organizations
The first section of the COMET Data app is Organizations, which covers all data related to different organizations under the FA (associations, clubs, stadiums, and intermediary agencies).
👉 Let's take the example of the user who wants to generate a list of all Active Football Clubs under the specific organization. In this scenario, the user will select the Organizations report with the parameters:
Association = National association or other association /+ user can choose to include all other organizations below in the hierarchy
Organization Category = Club
Organization type = Football club (Club)
Status = ACTIVE

This section covers all data on person registrations and contracts, contacts, custom attributes, documents, titles, and licenses.
👉 This section contains one of the most frequently used reports - Person Registrations. Let's take the example of the user who wants to generate a list of all Female Coaches with UEFA B licenses. In this scenario, the user will choose the report Person Titles and License and select:
Association = FA
Gender = Female,
Registration category = Coach
Title/License type = UEFA B License.
If you want the list with the active Title/License, you should set the parameter Title/License and choose the ACTIVE status.

👉 Let's take the example of the user who wants to generate the list and specific statistic information of all Player Appearances for one competition season or one competition. In this scenario, the user will select the Player Appearance report with the following parameters:
Association = National Association
Season = 2021
Competition type = used to filter and capture data for a specific competition type
Competition = use to filter and capture data for a specific competition
Club = used to filter and capture data for a specific club

This section covers all data related to Club Licensing and Stadium Inspections. This section will be useful only to those organizations that have implemented the COMET Licensing module and who use the system to process Club Licensing applications or Stadium Licensing applications.
👉 Let's take the example of the user who wants to compare the answers to one specific piece of evidence in the Licensing process, e.g., Club budget in the upcoming season, the user will select the report Application Evidence with parameters defined:
