News and Guides

To access this feature, open the Admin application and click General → News and Guides.

The News and Guides feature lets you post your information (typically important news, announcements, or links to user guides and other documentation) inside the COMET main menu. There is an area of the screen at the top left fully controlled by you, based on the content published in this section. The title is typed as plain text and links to a hyperlink you defined. You can choose the exact range of dates during which this content will be published and manually set it as Inactive.

If you have selected a start and end date for your posting, just be aware that changes will typically happen at night.
