Referee Observers

The procedure of registering and verifying Observers is exactly the same as for Refereesand Delegates. Instead of New Referee or New Delegate, select the option New Referee Observer.

After entering all the mandatory fields, the responsible person can create a new user account and password by clicking the New user tab.

According to his role and permissions, when allocated to a match, a Referee Observer completes the "Observer Report" in a determined period of time after the match has been played (duration of that period is a question of the decision of each federation).

Referee marks are being entered in the first box if there was no clear refereeing mistake. In case it happens, the second box serves for entering mark that would have been applied without clear refereeing mistake.
