Disciplinary Notifications

Functionality of Disciplinary notifications enables users to (automatically) create disciplinary notifications.

Disciplinary committee is notified about any new opened notification and authorized users are able to either cancel the notification or to open a disciplinary case against an offender based on reported notification.

Match screen contains checkbox "Disciplinary committee intervention".
