The My Orders section allows you to view and manage all purchases made through MyComet (My Store), including registration fees, event applications, and any other items sold by your organisation.
This page provides a comprehensive overview of each order, including its current status and detailed breakdowns of payments and purchased items.
Accessing My Orders
From the left-hand menu, select My Orders.
You will see a list of all orders associated with your account.
Each order displays:

Order Number
-
Date of purchase
-
Merchant (organisation you paid)
-
Customer
-
Order Status (Paid, Unpaid, Cancelled)
-
Amount
You can use the search bar to find a specific order quickly.
Order Statuses
Each order will have one of the following statuses:

PAID – Payment was completed.
-
UNPAID – The order was placed using “Pay Later” and the organisation has not yet confirmed the payment.

CANCELLED – The order was voided or not completed.
The colour-coded labels help you quickly identify the type of order.
Viewing Order Details
Click on any order in the list to open its full details.
The Order Details page includes:

Purchased Items
This section shows:

Item name

Recipient (the person the item applies to)

If the order includes multiple items (e.g., multiple registrations), all will be listed here.
Payments
This section lists all payments made toward the order, including:

Payment method (Stripe, manual, etc.)

Payment date

Description

Amount paid
If the order is free or unpaid, this section will reflect that.
Downloading Your Order (PDF Receipt)
If the order is categorized as PAID, at the bottom of the Order Details page, you will find a Download order button.
Clicking this will generate a PDF receipt containing:

Merchant information
-
Customer information
-
Order number & date
-
Full item breakdown
-
Payment summary
This PDF can be used as proof of payment.
