Player Contracts
Among other things, the COMET system keeps tracks of contracts and agreements between clubs and players, as well as other types of contracts such as clubs-coaches.
There are four types of agreements currently identified for players:
Professional contract
Amateur agreement
Contract annex
The loan agreement is a special type of contract, which requires that a player has another active agreement in place. Loan agreements will be described in more detail in a separate article.
All contracts and their premature termination require confirmation by the governing body.
Review and input of contract data are accessed through the player’s record/ player’s profile.
All users can view the contract information; however, only authorized users can enter and modify contracts under their jurisdiction.
