User Menu

In order to access the User Menu:

  • Click on the profile icon in the bottom left of your screen. Take into account that the profile information (the name of your organization and assigned roles) are displayed next to the profile icon

  • This will open a Mange Menu with the updated set of functionalities

Log out function → log out of the app by clicking the Logout button at the bottom of the screen

Change Profile

  • Open the User Menu by hitting on the bottom right of your screen by clicking on the profile icon in the bottom left of your screen

  • Hit the Change Profiles button

  • In case you have a multiple-profile User account (https://analyticom.atlassian.net/l/cp/P00JPWni ) the modal widow will be raised

  • Select the profile you want to switch to by clicking on it

  • You will be switched to the preferred profile

Account Settings

  • Choose Settings Menu on the top left of your screen

  • Hit the Account Settings button

  • This will open a Account Settings Menu from which you can:

Set/ Update Profile Photo

  • Hit the ➕ Icon Button to set/ update photo

  • Select the source of your photo

    • Browse → opens the files to search for

    • Chose From Gallery → opens Photo Gallery

    • Take a photo → redirects to your camera

  • Chose/ Take or Select the photo

Inspect Profile and Login Information

  • On the Active Profile Section of the Account Settings Screen, you are able to see the name of your organization and assigned roles to your profile

  • On the About Section of the Account Settings Screen, you are able to see the following information:

    • Last Login

    • Tenant

    • Environment

    • Bulind number

Security

  • In the Security section, you can:

    • Request a password update Please click on the button from the section and a password reset email will be sent to your email address

    • Resend 2FA → Please click on the button from the section to activate/deactivate 2FA  (two factor authentication) for your user account

      Please note: If enabled by a User, two-factor authentication (2FA) will be requested also when logging into the COMET Football Mobile App. These security features are also available in the Account Settings area of the new MyCOMET platform.

News/Guides

  • Choose Settings Menu on the top left of your screen

  • Hit the News/Guides button

  • You will be redirected to the News Guides Menu

  • Click on the link/ document from the list to open News or Guide

  • News/Guides will be opened in another window, outside the app

COMET Knowledge Base

Access the COMET LIVE App

  • Choose Settings Menu on the top left of your screen

  • If your organization has the COMET Live App the button with the App name will be displayed

  • Hit the COMET Live App button

  • You will be redirected to the App or, in case you have now downloaded the App on your device, you will be redirected to the store
