Submit a Support Ticket

If you experience difficulties while using the COMET PLAY service, and require some assistance, you may turn to the help system built into the COMET system. You must be an authorized COMET User (such as e.g. a Club Administrator) in order to submit a support ticket.

Below is the link where you can submit a ticket for the Faroe Islands instance (FSF). For other countries, just replace with the URL of the COMET instance of your Association.

The submitted ticket will follow the same workflow as it is in COMET, i.e. it will first be reviewed by the COMET Superuser in your organization and, if the issue cannot be solved by the superuser, it will be escalated to Analyticom.
