Clubs Booked

The number of Clubs in the Competition defines the maximum number of Clubs that can participate in the competition. This feature enables you to have complete control over the applications, putting you ahead of your competition. Once the maximum number of clubs has booked their place, the possibility of further applications is blocked.

Regardless of the Application Type selected for the Competition, the club is marked as booked (the place on the course is taken/ reserved) once its status is set to APPROVED or it is in one of the subsequent statuses (such as CONFIRMED).

For example:

For Pay after approval and Just Apply (with Approval) application types, the club will not reserve its spot on the course immediately when it applies, as its status is initially set to SUBMITTED. Once the Competition Admin approves the application (sets it to APPROVED), their place will be booked.
For Just Apply (without Approval) and Just Pay application types, the club will automatically reserve its spot when it applies, as its status is initially set to CONFIRMED.
For Pay Later application type, the club will automatically reserve its spot when it applies, as its status is initially set to APPROVED.
