Contract Notifications
During the status transitions of the Contract Process, the system sends email notifications to specific roles, including Clubs and Administrators. These notifications provide instructions for further actions required after each status change, ensuring that both Administrators and Clubs are informed and guided through the process.
The Player Administrator is responsible and authorized to confirm and manage players' contracts in clubs beneath its hierarchy and, as such, is notified about relevant changes. For club contracts in other registration categories (contracts of coaches, staff, and officials), dedicated respective roles are authorized and notified (Coach Administrator, Staff Administrator, and Officials Administrator).

Each Contract has a starting date and an expiration date. The system keeps track of contract end dates and automatically terminates the Contract on the expiration date if auto-termination is configured for that registration category.

In such an event, the club will be notified of any automatic termination of their contracts.
If the contract is prematurely terminated before the stated expiration date, this can be done by following the procedure written here: Contract Process | Termination
In the event of contract termination, all interested parties (Clubs and/or Administrators) will be informed about the steps required to complete the termination successfully.

Please note that notifications sent to Administrators can be generally turned off. Administrators review a large number of registrations and contracts, have all pending cases listed on their consoles, and typically do not need to be reminded by email on each specific case. If you wish to disable registration and contract notifications sent to Administrators, please submit a Support Ticket.
