Participant Profile

From the Participants tab, Event Administrators can access the Participant Profile. There, they can adjust the application status, review the application survey, and access the payment order details.

The Participant Profile page enables you to review the event applicant's profile information. Participant Profile consists of several profile tabs that contain information relevant to event management.

Application Tab

The application tab contains general information relevant to the event: application status, attendance status, survey results, and payment order information.

• On the Status Panel, you can change the application status of the participants to:

  • WAITING, APPROVED, RETURNED, CONFIRMED, PASSED, FAILED

• On the Attendance Panel, you can change the attendance status of the participants to:

  • ATTENDED

  • NOT ATTENDED

  • UNKNOWN

Please note that Attendance information on the participant profile is displayed only if the Track Attendance Feature is enabled for the event. The Attendance can also be managed from the Participant Tab on the Event Profile.

• On the Survey Panel, you can review the event survey results.

Please note that Survey information in the participant profile is displayed only if the participant has submitted the survey for the event.

• On the Orders Panel, you can inspect the orders by indicating the payment status.

Clicking Order opens the Order Details page.

• On the Reference Panel, you can enter relevant participant-specific information.

Person Tab

The Person Tab displays general information about the event applicant, including Photo, General Info, Address, and Contact data.

Documents Tab

The Document Tab lists all documents uploaded via the COMET UI, such as photos, diplomas, certificates, and IDs.

Registrations Tab

The Registrations Tab lists all registrations of COMET person profiles with their respective statuses.

Licenses Tab

The Licenses tab lists all the licenses for the COMET person profile.

Events Tab

The Events Tab contains information about all the events the applicant has enrolled in (regardless of the applicant’s status/ phase). From this tab, you can print the Diplomas and Certificates of attendance for the events in status PASSED.
