Registrations Menu

As a COMET User entitled to a self-registration process (player, coach, or official) you can access active Registration Profiles from the Registration Menu.

From the Registrations Menu users can choose one of the Registration Profiles and register for Club/Organization. There are two types self registrations: free and paid. For paid registrations, the item needs to be purchased to conduct the initial step of the registrations and for free registrations, you just need to apply for the registration.

This article will help you understand how to conduct self-registration on the available Registration Profile. In order to register:

• On the left nav bar select  Registrations

• This opens the Registration Menu which contains the list of created Self-Registration Profiles. The menu consists of the following tabs:

My Registrations Tab

In the My Registrations Tab, the list of the linked person registrations (regardless of their status) is displayed with the following details:

• Logo

• Organization/ Parent Organization

• COMET ID/ FIFA ID

• Registration category/ Registration type

• Discipline/ Level

• Date From/ Date to

• Status/ In status Since

• Amount

• The search box (use the search box to search through your registration in the system)

In order to Register:

• Open the  Registrations Menu

• Select the Register Tab

• The list all active and public Registrations that are available for application will be listed with the following details:

  • Club Filter → please take into account that the club filter is preselected based on your last registration

  • Logo

  • Organization/ Parent Organization

  • COMET ID/ FIFA ID

  • Registration category/ Registration type

  • Discipline/ Sex

  • DOB From/ DOB to

  • The search box (use the search box to search through Registrations that are available for application)

• Choose a Registration from the list by clicking on it

• This will redirect you to the next step of the application → “Choose Team Registration Profile” menu

• In case the Registration is free and does not require payments, hit the Register button

✅ The registration will be set in status ENTERED and the club will be notified to proceed

• In case the Registration requires payments the Registration Payment Item will be displayed

• To register, please purchase the Self Registration Item

• To complete the Registration hit the 🛒 Add to Cart button on the bottom of the item window to add the item to the cart

  • In case there is an Item Survey linked to the item, fill out the item survey and click 🛒 Add to Cart button

  • In case you want to reverse this action from this menu (not from the cart) just click on the Crossed cart icon button and the item will be removed

• To complete the registration access the Cart and complete the purchase

✅ After the Item is purchased the registration will be set in status ENTERED and the club will be notified to proceed
