Using Communication Features

COMET PLAY Members have access to internal services of communication such as Announcement Inbox, Surveys, and In-App Chat.

You can use In-App Chat to instantly communicate with all members of your Workspace and the Groups that you are part of. You are added/removed from the channels automatically as you join or leave a group/team. Therefore neither you nor your Coaches and Admins need to manually create and maintain other chat groups in an external chat Apps, such as WhatsApp.

Clubs can also send announcements to all, or to a subset of their Members. The announcements are visible in an internal Mailbox and are also forwarded to your e-mail address. In the other direction, clubs can request feedback from their Members through customizable Surveys.
