Course List

Once the course is created, it will be visible on the course list.

• Select 🗓️ Courses under the ADMINISTRATION menu on the left nav-bar

• The list of all Courses is displayed with two tabs, Active/All; only active courses can be used for applications; inactive courses are just displayed on the All tab

• The list consists of the following details:

  • Name

  • Date (date of the course)

  • Application Type

  • Private (an indicator of privacy status)

  • In process (an indicator of course applicants whose application is not yet confirmed)

  • Booked (an indicator of course participants who have reserved their spot on the course)

  • The search box (use the search box to search the list of the courses in the system)

In Process Status Column

On the course list, you can see the number of participants whose application to the course is still in process. The “In Process” column displays the number of participants who have applied, but according to the application type of the course, their status does not imply that they have booked their place on the course, i.e., they are not yet counted in the Max participant fields (e.g., their status is Returned, Submitted).

Booked Participants Column

Please consider that on the course list, you can see the number of participants whose application to the course is confirmed, i.e., they have booked their place. The “Booked” column displays the number of participants who have confirmed their place on the course; according to the application type of the course, their status implies that they have been accepted on the course, i.e., they are counted in the Max participant fields (their status is Approved, Confirmed, Pass, Fail).
