Max Course Participants

When creating a New Course or editing the existing one, Course Administrators can control the number of Participants in the Course. The field for the Max Number of Participants is defined on the Details Tab on the Course Page.

This feature enables you to have full control of the applications to your seminar meaning once the maximum number of participants is reached the possibility of further application is blocked.

Regardless of the Application Type that has been selected for the Course, the participant is marked as booked (her/his place on the course is taken/reserved) once his status is set to APPROVED or it is in one of the further statutes: CONFIRMED, PASS or FAIL.

For example:

• For Pay after approval and Just Apply (with Approval) application types the applicant will not reserve his “spot” on the course immediately when he/she applies as their status is initially set to SUMBITED. Once the Course Admin approves the application (sets it to APPROVED), their place will be booked.

• For Just Apply (without Approval) and Just Pay application types the applicant will automatically reserve their “spot” when they apply for the course as their status is initially set to CONFIRMED.

• For Pay Later application type the applicant will automatically reserve their “spot” when they apply for the course as their status is initially set to APPROVED.

Please consider that if nothing is selected in this field, the number of applications will not be limited.

Please consider that all course-related payments will be blocked for other applicants if the spots on the course are booked.

Please consider that information about the booked participants is displayed on the course list.
