Respond to Match Appointments

Once Match officials are appointed to the particular match by the responsible person, their status is set to PENDING until the appointment is confirmed by the Match Official. The badge on the Question Mark Icon in the upper-right part of the screen indicates the number of pending requests (unresponded match appointments for current user)

To respond to pending match appointments:

• On the upper-right of the screen hit the Question Mark Icon

• This will redirect you to the Pending list of your Appointments that still need to be answered

• Tap on the match name (or the yellow circle) and you will be prompted to set your availability status, tap on the CONFIRMED or REJECTED button on the screen

• Enter the reason/description for confirmation or rejection in the displayed screen

• Click the checkmark icon ✔ to confirm
