Person Edit Authorizations
This article explains which roles, under which conditions can edit Personal Profiles in the system. Authorizations depend on User’s roles, User’s organization, status of that Person's registrations underneath the User’s Organization and specific system parameters.
Association Administrators
SUPERUSERS and PERSON ADMINISTRATORS have full editing access to all personal data, for all Persons under their Tenant - having any registration, event participation or user under their Tenant
If Admins Manage Person Data system parameter is turned on, then the following Administrators have access:
P/C/S/O1 ADMINISTRATORS have full editing access to all personal data, for all Persons with any active registration under their respective category, subject to Approvals Rank configuration.
If the Person is registered only for clubs of higher ranks (that are always reviewed and administered by the National Association/Tenant), then only Tenant-Level P/C/S/O ADMINISTRATORS will have full access, irrespective of that club's position in the organizational hierarchy. In this case, administrators in club's hierarchy, but at lower levels (e.g. Regional Association or League) will not have full access - instead they will have the same level of access as their Clubs have
OTHER2 ADMINISTRATORS have full editing access to all personal data, for all Persons with any active registration under their respective category
* P/C/S/O1 - abbreviation of Association Administrative club registration roles like ADMINISTRATOR OF PLAYERS, ADMINISTRATOR OF COACHES, ADMINISTRATOR OF STAFF and ADMINISTRATOR OF OFFICIALS
* OTHER2 - Association Administrative non-club registration roles like ADMINISTRATOR OF REFEREES and others. You can find the full list here.
