Club Registration Notifications

Upon any status change, the Clubs and Registration Admins are automatically informed and instructed on further actions. Email Notifications follow the steps of the status transitions in the registration process. This means that Administrators and Clubs are informed after each status transition with further instructions on the next step that needs to be taken for the registration.

The Player Administrator is responsible and authorized for confirming and managing registrations of players in clubs beneath its hierarchy and is notified about relevant changes. For club registrations in other registration categories (coaches, staff, and officials), dedicated respective roles are authorized and notified (Coach Administrator, Staff Administrator, and Officials Administrator).

Each registration has a starting date and may have an ending date. The system tracks registration end dates and automatically terminates registrations on the specified end date if auto-termination is enabled for that registration category.

In such an event, the club will be notified of any automatic termination of their registrations. If the registration is terminated explicitly by the club, the notification will not be sent.

Notifications sent to Administrators can be generally turned off. Administrators review a large number of registrations and contracts, have all pending cases listed on their consoles, and, in some cases, do not need to be reminded by email on each specific case. If you wish to disable registration and contract notifications sent to Administrators, please submit a Support Ticket.
