Club Registration Notifications

Upon any status change, the Clubs and Registration Admins are automatically informed and instructed on further actions. Email Notifications follow the steps of the status transitions in the registration process; this means that Administrators and Clubs are informed after each status transition with further instructions on the next step that needs to be done for the registration.

The Player Administrator is responsible and authorized for confirming and managing registrations of players in clubs beneath its hierarchy, and as such notified about relevant changes. For club registrations in other registration categories (coaches, staff and officials), dedicated respective roles are authorized and notified (Coach Administator, Staff Administrator, Officials Administrator).

The table below explains the notification processes for each Registration mode:

Each registration has a starting date, and may have an ending date. The system keeps track of registration end dates and terminates the registration automatically on the end date, if auto-termination is configured for that registration category.

In that even, the club will be notified about any automatic termination of their registrations. If the registration is termianted explicitly by the club, the notification will not be sent.
