COMET FIFA ID

FIFA Connect ID (aka FIFA ID) is a global identifier issued by the FIFA Connect ID Service to persons and organisations (associations, clubs, and facilities). COMET is integrated with the FIFA Connect ID Service, and therefore, all persons officially registered above the age of 10 get a FIFA ID assigned.

In the event of potential duplicates/persons found in other National Associations by the FIFA ID service, authorized COMET users can decide to reuse an existing FIFA ID (instead of creating a new one) and use/merge the data from other Associations to complement the profile of the Person in COMET.
