Groups
Match Form Groups are designed as thematic units, used to logically group and organize questions on your Match Form Report.
Created questions and question groups can be used in Match Form Templates; templates are grouped forms of questions and groups that are stored in the system and reused on different match forms.

Groups with Multiple Occurence
COMET Superusers can define Groups as those that have âMultiple Occurrenceâ.
This feature enables you to mark specific groups as repetitive, allowing Officials/Clubs to automate their answers and repeat some group answers multiple times without the need for manual updates. This is useful in cases when users need to repeat some group questions numerous times.
For example, imagine that a facility has multiple conference rooms, and we have a group of questions that describe each one. We have a group âConference roomâ with the following details: Floor, Number of seats, and Projector (Yes/No). Naturally, users would want to repeat all questions from that group for each conference room.
To achieve that, there are group properties âMultiple Occurrencesâ and âMin Number Of Occurrences' (blank means optional) for the Group.

If a group or criterion is flagged as Multiple Occurrences, then on the matrix, beneath the group name, it will display the âAdd occurrenceâ button aligned to the right of the group name. By clicking on 'Add Occurrence', if a free set of questions for that group is available in the survey, answers will be saved under the existing survey questions. If not, a new set of survey questions for that group will be added to the survey.
As a Superuser, you must enable the Multiple Occurrence switch when creating a new group.
Please note that if this feature is enabled, users will have the Copy Icon available to repeat group answers multiple times while filling out the match forms.
