In Process Status Column

On the cycle list, you can see the number of clubs whose application for the licesing is still in process. The “In Process” column displays the number of clubs that have submitted the application, but according to the cycle application type, their status does not imply that they have booked their place for the cycle, i.e., they are not yet counted in the Max participant fields (e.g., their status is Submitted, Returned, Rejected).

Booked Column

Please take into account that on the cycle list, you can see the number of clubs whose application for the licensing is confirmed, i.e., they have booked their place. The “Booked” column displays the number of clubs that have confirmed their place for licensing. According to the application type of the licensing cycle, their status implies that they have been accepted for the licensing, i.e., they are counted in the Max participant fields (e.g., their status is Approved, Confirmed, Pass, Fail).

If the Max Participant number is selected, it will be indicated after the “/” sign.
