Announcements

Announcements (formerly known as Messenger) is an internal communication tool for managing mailing lists (distribution groups) and creating email campaigns. Email campaigns are designed to reach the targeted distribution group at any time and provide relevant information content.

A user role Announcements Admin needs to be given to all users using COMET Announcements as admins (creating distribution groups and campaigns).

Authorized users can access the COMET Messenger via the MyCOMET platform:

• Add /mycomet to the COMET homepage link, e.g., comet.concacaf.com/mycomet

• Select the Announcements module from the left nav-bar
