Criteria

License Criteria are designed as thematic units that are used to group and organize evidence of licensing cycles logically. Criteria include Coaches, Club Staff, Social Media Accounts, Field of Play, Club budget, Club Statutes, etc.

Created evidence and criteria can be used for Categories and Licensing Templates; templates are grouped into categories, and their criteria are stored in the system and reused for different license cycles.

  • Select Criteria under the Configuration menu on the left nav-bar

  • The list of all created Criteria is displayed with two tabs: Active and All. The list consists of the following details:

    • Name

    • Multiple Occurrence

    • Min. number of occurrences

    • Description

    • The search box - use the search box to search the licensing criteria that are entered in the system

Create New Criterion

  • Click on the (plus) Add button in the top right corner to create a Criterion

  • This opens a Criteria dialog to fill in the details:

    • Name

    • Instructions

    • Display instructions as → choose between hint or note

    • Switch on buttons:

      • Multiple Occurrence- if this feature is turned on, you can use this set of criteria as repetitive ones

      • Active/Inactive - only criteria that are set as active can be used for licensing; inactive criteria are just displayed on the All tab

  • Once you have entered all the data, press 💾 the Save button
