Evaluating Categories

After the club status is set to CONFIRMED during the licensing cycle, the Club Applicant can submit all mandatory evidence defined in the criteria. Please consider that Categories and Evidenceare defined for the licensing cycle.

After all the mandatory evidence specified in the criteria has been entered, the club submits the category.

📧 After that, the Licensing Administrator/Manager or the Experts assigned to the category receive an email notification, and they can start the review process.

Please consider that Each Category can have its specific Experts (COMET User Role) responsible for evaluating specific categories.

To review/evaluate Category:

  • Open the Club Applicant profile from the Applications Tab of the Licence Cycle or the Applications Menu

  • Click on the Application from the list to open a Profile of the Applicant Club

  • Access one of the category tabs → Category tabs are generated depending on the Categories you have defined for the licensing cycle; there will be as many tabs as there are categories defined for the licensing cycle

  • Review the Category and all mandatory evidence defined in the criteria.

  • Set the status of the category as:

    • CONFIRM

    • REJECT

    • RETURN

  • When the status is set to RETURNED, the Club Applicant can only adjust the evidence that was marked as No during the review process. Once the Club Applicant updates the evidence marked with ❌, the application should be resubmitted and reviewed once again.

📧 After that, the club applicant receives an email notification about the status of their evaluation in their category.
