Player Transfers
In simplest terms, a transfer of a player between two clubs will manifest in COMET as:
termination of the registration for releasing club (and termination of contract if applicable)
new registration of player for the engaging club
Based on the relationship between the parent association of releasing and rngaging clubs, we can identify two types of transfers:
Domestic - clubs are in the same country (FIFA member association)
International - clubs are in different countries (FIFA member associations)
