Domestic Transfer Notifications

The Domestic Transfer procedure follows the standard registration workflow, with differences in the list of possible notification recipients.

In accordance with Domestic Transfer Procedure, in case of official player registrations, it is necessary to terminate the player’s registration in the previous (Releasing) club, before the registration for the new (Engaging) club can be confirmed.

This expands the recipients of the notifications to include the current/releasing club, the engaging club, and the respective Player Administrator.

The Player Administrator is responsible and authorized for confirming and managing players' registration in clubs beneath its hierarchy and, as such, is notified about relevant changes.

The following table presents the notification processes in the case of Submit with Approval mode; these are equivalent in other modes as well. A player's current club is noted as a Releasing Club, while the new Club is referred to as the Engaging Club.

In all cases, the Club Managers/Referents and Club Registration Managers in the respective Clubs are informed.
