Lineups Visibility

The team lineups are considered confidential, and as a rule of thumb, they should not be published until both clubs have submitted their lineups and cannot change them anymore. So, only after both lineups are confirmed, the clubs can see each others lineup.

General Rules

The Lineups become Public when at least one of the below is true:

• Lineups of both teams are CONFIRMED

• Match.status is PLAYED

• The time to planned kick-off is less than the Minutes before Lineups are Public competition type attribute. If this attribute is entered, Lineups will become public at this point (minutes before kick-off) irrespective of any other conditions

If none of the above conditions is met, then the Lineups are NOT public. Below are the authorizations to view the lineups, depending on whether they are public or not, for the following UI Components:

• Team Tab: the tab which clubs use to add their players and team officials to the lineup

• Live Tab: the tab used by Events Editors and Match Managers to enter match events in real-time. Any potentially confidential data, such as highlighted licenses, has been removed from this tab.

The generated PDF Reports Start List, Match Report and Match Summary also contain the lineups, and are therefore secured. They can be generated by All Match Stakeholders under the following conditions:

• Start List: Lineups are Public

• Match Report: Match is PLAYED

• Match Summary: Match is PLAYED and all constituent Match Forms are CONFIRMED

Restricted Match Stakeholders

When lineups are not yet public, the Match Tab and Live Tab are visible only to a limited group of users responsible for match preparation and administration.

This group includes:

• Tenant Superusers

• Admins in the Competition Type organization and higher (within the Tenant) administering the relevant match role

• Competition Managers appointed to the competition

• Responsible Match Roles for Lineups (RMRL)

• Club Referents and Lineup Managers for their own club or team (within the organization)

All Match Stakeholders

Once lineups become public, access to the Team tab is expanded to a wider group of users involved in the match.

This group includes:

• All Restricted Match Stakeholders, plus

• Data Superusers and Referee/Delegate Admins in the Competition Type organization and higher (within the Tenant)

• Referee/Delegate Managers appointed to the competition

• All Match Officials appointed to the match (status Confirmed)
