The FIFA ID Pending List is accessible in the Admin App, below the Person Deduplication section. It lists all persons with unresolved FIFA ID actions — persons for whom the FIFA Connect ID service returned potential duplicates that have not yet been handled by an administrator.
Persons display on the list
A person is added to the FIFA ID Pending List when FIFA Connect ID returns potential duplicates, but the conflict is not resolved at the point of registration confirmation. This occurs in the following cases:

The registration was confirmed via API, batch confirmation, or by a user without the required Tenant-level authorization (Superuser, Person Admin, or International Admin), so the FIFA Merge Console was not raised at the time.

An authorized administrator chose Confirm without FIFA ID in the FIFA Merge Console when approving or confirming a registration in MyCOMET, deferring the resolution to a later time.
List columns and sorting
Each row in the list shows a person's details, including email address, Proximity Score, and Conflict Date. The Proximity Score is the probability - expressed as a percentage (for example, 79%) - that the person is a duplicate of an existing FIFA ID holder, as estimated by the FIFA Connect ID service. The Conflict Date is when the potential duplicate was first flagged. The list can be sorted by Conflict Date or Proximity Score in either ascending or descending order. A search field is available to filter across all displayed fields.
Processing a person
When an administrator clicks on a person in the list, the system processes the record automatically:

If the person is below the minimum age for FIFA ID processing, they are removed from the list automatically, and no further action is required.

If the person's registration record needs to be updated in FIFA Connect ID (for example, a previously failed message), the system resends the update.

If a new FIFA ID needs to be generated, the system requests one from FIFA Connect ID. If potential duplicates are returned, the FIFA Merge Console is raised, with the same options described in the FIFA Merge Console in MyCOMET.
Authorizations
The FIFA ID Pending List is available to Superusers and Person Administrators at the Tenant level. The equivalent list is the FIFA Connect ID To Do List, accessible from the Players menu.
